Taikai Group held a "International Series of Forum on inheritance and Innovation of Taikai 50" to invite Ye Zuda, Director of Planning and Development of ARUP Group, the design team of Beijing Olympic Bird's Nest National Stadium, to come to Taiwan and share how to combine urban design with modern technology and pursue the future sustainable life value of "production, life and ecology" with the theme of "Green Building New thinking and creating Sustainable Ecology".

Qiu Fusheng, chairman of the group, said that Ye Zuda is not only a world-class structural architecture expert, but also has expertise in the field of urban planning. at the same time, he integrates the unique observation of microclimate into the overall planning project and the concept of Chinese ancestral fengshui. It is rare to be skillfully integrated into architectural planning and design. If Taiwan adds the concept of "sustainable management" in the process of future development, Taiwan will be even better, and we look forward to bringing more inspiration to Taiwan through Ye Zuda's sharing.

Ye Zuda said that modern architects should think about the future, that is, the core value of "Think Tomorrow". The frequency of extreme weather in recent years has made people have to face this problem squarely.

Ye Zuda points out that in the past, design planners often only thought of professionalism, but often ignored the feelings of users. The same is true of architects when planning "low-carbon cities", because architects are engaged in changing people's behavior, including the way people live and operate, and should pursue this change to make people's lives full of comfort and pleasure.

Ye Zuda says that although many people complain about the quality of life in Taipei, according to his experience of living and working in Europe and North America, he feels that Taipei is the most comfortable city, and the residents of Taipei have a high awareness of environmental protection. as long as architects liberate their awareness of environmental protection through some planning, the probability of success is very high.
