In addition, Lin also asked farmers' associations to do screening first in all producing areas, so as not to let special products enter the auction market and drive down the overall price. It is suggested that special products from various places should be sent directly to processing plants for digestion.

Lin Congxian also proposed to adjust the market structure and access, that is, to suggest that farmers cooperate with peasant associations and production cooperatives and adopt contracts to better stabilize farmers' production. At the same time, it is hoped that we can break the past pattern of fruit auctions focused on disk merchants and northern farmers, join the electronic platform, expand access, and encourage state-owned enterprises to purchase more fruits in the current season.

Lin Congxian says that in order to establish a "production and marketing information platform", "before farmers buy seeds, fertilizers and pesticides, they will know how many people are growing (this crop) this year." The second is to adopt "planting registration" to facilitate the Government to provide production guidance, such as adjusting staggered production dates or advising farmers to switch jobs so as to avoid the problem of over-production as far as possible.

Therefore, in order to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products, the agricultural reform farm will strengthen guidance to improve the quality of agricultural products in the future, and advise farmers to apply for production resumes and establish their own brands. Taiwan will enter into professional and market-oriented production. Lin expects to achieve the goal of stabilizing the production and marketing mechanism within three years.
