The summer management of bacteria bag is an important link in the cultivation cycle of Lentinus edodes with bag material, and its success or failure directly affects the yield, quality and benefit in the future.

Bag material Lentinus edodes

The main results are as follows: 1. Due to the gradual increase of air temperature, the phenomenon of burning bacteria can be avoided for the late production of bacterial bags. When magnifying oxygen, we should reduce the discharge quantity of bacterial bags in the greenhouse, evacuate first, then release oxygen in batches in stages, the interval time of each batch is 3 days, staggered high temperature period, because the temperature rises sharply after the bacterial bag expands oxygen, it is necessary to ventilate and cool down, keep the temperature between bags in the greenhouse no more than 28 ℃, and then avoid light culture after the temperature is stable. Special care should be taken not to punch eyes on sarcomatous objects or above 28 ℃.

2. Before changing the color of the bacterial bag, the constant temperature environment should be maintained as far as possible, and the bacterial bag should not be turned violently. For the varieties that are not easy to change color, the scattered light should be increased in the color conversion area, and the times of turning the bag once or twice should be increased to promote the color change. Special attention should be paid to the changes in the weather and before and after the opening, especially the excessive temperature difference in the environment and the stimulation of vibration will cause the abnormal mushroom or succulent tumor in the bacterial bag ahead of time. For the mushroom or tumor-like bags, can not be turned, try to raise the ambient temperature to about 25 ℃, and maintain a constant temperature, small mushroom buds and tumors will naturally be absorbed into the skin. If the tumor-like material is rotting due to improper operation, a small area of rotten parts shall be opened to dry with plastic or smeared with quicklime.

3. The medium-low temperature bacterial bag should be evacuated once after magnifying the oxygen, and it should not be turned in the future to prevent the bacterial skin from being too thick, keeping the light "two yang and eight yin" and cultivating in the low light environment to achieve the skin thin, brownish red and shiny. Medium-temperature bacteria bag, in the color change period generally to turn 1-2 times, to promote a uniform color change to light brown, with a small white spot. When the temperature difference in summer and autumn is large, it is not suitable to turn over, avoid mushroom in advance, and keep the light "three yang and seven yin" culture.

4. The color conversion of all bacterial bags should be completed before June 30. However, in the process of color conversion, due to the influence of excessive moisture content and high temperature, some bacterial bags accumulate too much yellow water, which affects air permeability and serious local bacterial autolysis, resulting in bacterial infection of rotten bags. For clear and transparent yellow water and the quantity is small, it can not be treated. If there is too much siltation, place the bacterial bag diagonally and vertically, let the yellow water flow naturally to the corner of the bacterial bag, and then cut through the plastic with nails to release the yellow water. If the yellow water has blackened and caused rotten bags, it shall be treated as rotten bags.

5. Advocate the summer bacteria bag in the outdoor shade shed. The single layer is discharged on the scaffolding with an interval of 3 cm, the top layer is not put, and a layer of mushroom bags are insulated from light and heat; the bacterial bags discharged from the ground are well drained around the shed and are in the shape of a tortoise back, and the discharge mode of the bacterial bags is the same as that in the shed over the summer. The top of the shade and the upper part of the surrounding area should thicken the shade to prevent sunlight from entering the shed. The thickness of all shading sheds built with sunshade nets shall not be less than 3 layers. The bottom of the shed should be ventilated around it. With the advent of high temperature, the evacuation and transfer of bacterial bags to the shade shed must be carried out as soon as possible, without delay, take advantage of the morning, evening or cloudy days, handle gently, evacuate in time, and it is strictly forbidden to carry or flip the bacterial bags under the hot sun and in high temperature weather above 30 ℃. Special attention should be paid to prevent burning bags caused by high temperature. When you encounter continuous high temperatures, you must take good ventilation and cooling measures: you can spray cool well water or spring water in or around the face after 10:00 every evening and before 7 o'clock in the morning. The ground in and around the shed can also dig ditches to release flowing water to cool down. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen ventilation, ventilation after the temperature drops in the evening, and fans can be used to strengthen ventilation in places with poor air circulation.

6. Check frequently to prevent pathogen infection or insect pests from eating Lentinus edodes, disinfect and control pests regularly, prevent cross-infection of diseases and insect pests, and spray deltamethrin and carbendazim alternately once a month.
