The market prospect is not high and the artificial culture technology of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is optimistic.
Pelteobagrus fulvidraco
1. Pond conditions: Pelteobagrus fulvidraco has low requirements for pond conditions. Sporadic ponds with an area of 1300 to 6000 square meters can be used to cultivate Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The pond requires adequate water sources, and the water quality meets the standards for aquaculture; convenient access and drainage, flat bottom, water depth of about 1.5 meters, equipped with oxygen-increasing equipment according to 0.2 kilowatts / 667 square meters, to ensure that hypoxia does not occur in the whole process of culture.
2. Preparation before stocking: both new and old ponds must be cleaned and disinfected before seeding. The old pond should remove too much silt and generally keep it 10 centimeters thick. 667 square meters dry clean the pond with 100,150 kilograms of quicklime and mix the soil at the bottom with quicklime as far as possible to completely kill pathogens and wild miscellaneous fish. Water injection 80 cm after exposure for a week, the inlet should be filtered with a dense net of 30 mesh to prevent wild miscellaneous fish from entering. After the application of fermented organic manure (livestock and poultry manure mixed with quicklime and phosphate fertilizer) to improve the water quality, the dosage of 667 square meters is 150,200kg, and the amount of the old pond can be reduced appropriately.
3. Seedling stocking: the market prospect of large-size commercial Pelteobagrus fulvidraco has always been promising, therefore, large-size fish should be selected for adult rearing, the specification is about 30 grams per tail, and the stocking density is 667 square meters, 1500-1800. In order to make full use of the aquaculture water space, at the same time, it can be matched with flowers and silver carp which have no conflict in ecology and diet. The stocking specification is 50 grams per tail, and the stocking density is 667 square meters (150 silver carp and 50 silver carp). It is generally released in late April every year, and the matching flowers and silver carp species will be released half a month after the yellow fish has been in the pond.
4. Feed feeding: feed preparation: Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in natural waters mainly eats shrimp, small fish, fish eggs, some aquatic insects and aquatic plants, and can be fed with fresh animal bait. In recent years, the use of formula feed for domestication has been successful, which proves that artificial formula feed can completely replace fresh bait for adult feeding of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The artificial feed is made of imported fish meal, meat and bone meal, blood meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, dried fish and insects and other raw materials combined with feed additives. The protein content of the early feed is more than 34%, and the fat is 4%. In the later stage, small miscellaneous fish meal can be used to replace part of the imported fish meal, protein content is 30%, fat 6%. The feed must be fresh, mildew-free and rancid.
Domestication and feeding: wild Pelteobagrus fulvidraco goes out at night and likes to look for food at night. Under the condition of artificial feeding, it can be fed on stage during the day after 5-7 days of domestication. Artificial feeding and domestication was carried out 2 days after the fish was put into the pond, and the fish were fed at a fixed point and at a fixed time. After patiently domesticated for 5-7 days, the fish can be fed normally; if the domesticated fish are put into the pond, they can be fed normally on the second day after entering the pond, and the feeding methods are manual feeding and mechanical feeding.
Feeding quantity: the feeding mode during the whole feeding period can be divided into three stages: the first stage is from May to June, three times a day, and the daily feeding rate is 3%-5%; the second stage is from July to September, three times a day, the feeding rate is 2%-3%; the third stage is after October, twice a day, with a feeding rate of 2%. The specific feeding amount should be adjusted according to the weather and water quality. In the first and third stages, it is recommended to adopt the satiety method, that is, 90% of the fish should be stopped after leaving the stage; in the second stage, due to the hot weather and fluctuating water quality, it is recommended to feed "90% full", that is, 80% of the fish should be stopped after leaving the Taiwan stage.
In addition, the mouth crack of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is larger, so the feed particle size should be increased accordingly. The particle size of open feed is 2.0 mm, and the particle size of adult fish feed is more than 5.0 mm. The selection of floating feed can improve the feed utilization rate. If the feed is a sinking hard pellet feed, the pellets are required to be stable in water for 15 minutes.
5. Water quality management: in the process of raising yellow croaker, water quality management is the key. From May to June, 30 cm of fresh water should be injected every month, 15 cm of water should be changed every half month from June to September, and the water depth should be kept at 1.2 to 1.5 meters. From June to September, every 15 to 20 days, 667 square meters were sprinkled once in the whole pool with 10 kilograms of quicklime and 15 kilograms of water to purify and disinfect the water and reduce the organic suspended matter. Use 5kg of quicklime (or 2kg of bleach) locally once a month near food and aerator. Persist in observing the algae phase and algae concentration of the water body, determine the amount of inorganic fertilizer (urea, calcium superphosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc.) according to the water color of the pond, adjust the water fertility and keep the transparency at 30cm to 35cm; according to the amount of dissolved oxygen, weather and water quality, use the aerator flexibly and timely Sunny days adhere to the early morning and afternoon start-up for 1-2 hours, rainy, muggy weather to extend the oxygen enrichment time, so that the dissolved oxygen content is more than 3 mg / m3.
6. Disease prevention and control: Pelteobagrus fulvidraco has strong disease resistance. As long as the water quality is controlled strictly in accordance with the requirements and routine disinfection and prevention are done, diseases are rarely occurred. Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is a scaleless fish, and its tolerance to common drugs is not as good as that of scaly cyprinid fishes, so it is necessary to give priority to prevention and use efficient and low-toxic drugs as far as possible. Regular addition of Chinese herbal medicine, photosynthetic bacteria, immune polysaccharides and multivitamins to feed can enhance the physique of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, improve disease resistance and reduce the occurrence of diseases. In fishing, stocking, transportation and other operations, try to avoid damage to the fish, in order to prevent infection with water mold. For diseased fish that have been infected with oblique tube worm and rotifer, 0.7 mg / m3 of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture should be used for sprinkling treatment. If hemorrhagic edema disease occurs in the high temperature season, the whole pool should be sprinkled with chlorine dioxide twice continuously, and the bait should be given at the same time, the therapeutic effect is better.
