As we all know, mycotoxin is a major killer of sows. One of the important reasons why sows are difficult to raise, many problems, many diseases and low productivity is the influence of mycotoxins. However, many pig raising friends lack a correct understanding of the work of expelling mildew in sows, and the measures they can only take are fancy fists and legs.

Problem 1: sows have large size and strong resistance, so they don't need to drive mildew.

Some pig-raising friends said: "sows are large and resistant, and a little mold is not affected. I sweep up all the feed scattered on the ground and give it to the sows." This idea is wrong. The production task of sows is very heavy, and special reproductive physiological activities such as estrus, mating, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and so on are all strong stress to the body of sows, which will cause maternal damage and lead to the decline of resistance. in addition, the use of limit bars and long-term medication in some pig farms further lead to the decline of sow resistance. Therefore, if we do not expel mildew for sows, under the above circumstances, the physique of sows is on the verge of collapse, which will lead to all kinds of problems. No matter how high the market is, it will be difficult for pig farms to make a profit.

Question 2: the raw material I buy is good, so there is no need to drive mildew away!

Some pig farmers said, "the corn I buy is all good corn, which is more expensive than what others buy, and there is no problem with mold." This idea is also wrong. It is true that the over-standard rate of mycotoxin test in high-quality corn is lower than that in general corn, but it does not mean that there is no mold pollution. According to monthly sampling tests by professional institutions, the detection rate of mycotoxins in corn, wheat bran, self-ingredients and full-price materials is all 100%. Although the over-standard rate is not 100%, we know that toxins will accumulate, sows have a long feeding cycle and large feed intake. A day or two days or a week or two weeks may have little impact on pigs, but the impact of one month or two months, one year or two years may be great. As reflected by many friends, "it's okay to raise like this before, but why aren't you in estrus this time?" Wait a minute. Therefore, good raw materials must also do a good job of mildew expelling.

Problem 3: I added a mildew remover, and the problem of mycotoxin has been solved!

Some pig farmers said: "mycotoxin does have a great impact on pigs, so I use the most expensive mildew remover or imported mildew remover, mycotoxin is certainly no problem!" This idea is not correct either. At present, there is no national standard for mildew remover, the effect is not easy to evaluate intuitively, and the market is very chaotic. At present, most of the mildew removers on the market are mainly montmorillonite, which mainly adsorbs toxins through multi-empty structure and ionic polarity, but also absorbs some nutrients; some high-grade mildew removers also add some yeast cell wall extracts, modified aluminosilicate crystals, etc., using composite technology to solve mycotoxins, the effect is relatively better. However, no matter what ingredients, there are several ingredients compound, all the current mildew removers can not absorb mycotoxins 100%, can only relatively reduce the harm of mycotoxins, and can not completely solve the problem of mycotoxins. So, no matter how good the mildew remover is, please don't rely too much on it.

So, how to correctly solve the effect of mycotoxin on sows?

1. Strict selection and storage of raw materials, and basic treatment.

First of all, the most important thing is to control the quality of raw materials. To select good quality raw materials, when buying raw materials such as corn, we should pay attention to key indicators such as water content and mildew rate. When storing, we should pay attention to the storage conditions (temperature and humidity) and storage time. Before corn crushing, it is best to use corn cleaner and other equipment to sift, remove impurities and other treatment. To achieve the choice of general raw materials, moldy raw materials are not used. This is the most fundamental measure to reduce the effects of mycotoxins.

2. Correct treatment and selection of mildew remover

Secondly, we can choose some mildew remover with good reputation in the market, but the mildew remover mainly adopts the principle of adsorption and can not rely excessively on mildew remover.
