Beijing's annual revenue in 2013 reached a record high of 4784.45 million yuan. The main business contribution cases were "four Seasons", "Flower appreciation", "Lake Cube", "Dome" and "Mandala", accounting for 89% of the revenue.

In 2014, two cases in the capital will be completed, including the "Water Forest" next to the Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park, with a total sales amount of 2 billion yuan, and the Kaohsiung Han Shen Dome "Giant Birthday" case, with a total sales amount of 5.6 billion yuan. In addition, there are still 6.4 billion yuan of spare houses available in the capital, and 14 billion yuan can be sold in 2014.
