A few days ago, the Council of the Executive Yuan passed a reply to Article 51 (1) of the Land and Magistrates Law, and the Ministry of the Interior listed five areas that hindered the implementation of the law. The Association of Magistrates issued a press release to refute this.

The Association of Land Magistrates said that the Ministry of the Interior pointed out that the applicant could technically delay the declaration, which would affect the immediacy of the information, but the land politicians repeatedly took the initiative to cooperate with the real-price login system and were willing to register the transfer of ownership in the sale and purchase fiduciary cases at the same time, so as not to affect the immediacy of the release of government information, and because of simultaneous declaration, local politicians could avoid the risk of late penalty and there would be no technical delay in reporting.

The Ministry of the Interior pointed out that land politicians can make use of the time limit to correct false declarations, affecting the authenticity of information, and because of the opportunity for correction, land politicians can declare untruthfulness for the first time, which may reduce the credibility of real-price registration. The Association of Land Magistrates believes that land magistrates do not dare to violate the current administrative fine of NT $30,000 to NT $150000, so how can they try the law with their own future or license? The magistrate is not stupid enough to break the law.

The Ministry of the Interior believes that if the local government law is not reviewed, the local government needs to invest more manpower in auditing and increase administrative costs. The Association of Land Magistrates believes that it is the responsibility of the government to register the audit at a real price, and laziness before amending the law cannot be used as an excuse to oppose amending the law.

In addition, the Ministry of the Interior pointed out that many of the relevant professional legislation are mostly direct penalties. The Association of Land Magistrates points out that there are as many as 19 real-price entry declaration items, requiring 100% of the land magistrates to declare correctly.
