Cultivation conditions of Tremella fuciformis
Tremella is also known as white fungus, snow fungus, Tremella, etc., the number of wild Tremella is rare, it is a valuable tonic in ancient times, and now it is mostly artificial cultivation products. Cultivation can not only be cultivated with wood fragments, bagasse, cottonseed shell and other agricultural by-products as the main raw materials for indoor bottle cultivation and bag cultivation. Let's take a look at the cultivation conditions of Tremella fuciformis.
Temperature condition
Temperature is an important factor in the growth and development of Tremella fuciformis. Tremella fuciformis is a mesophilic fungus. The hyphae can grow within 16-30 ℃, of which 20-28 ℃ grows normally, 23-25 ℃ grows best, and the hyphae below 20 ℃ or above 28 ℃ are delicate. The temperature of fruiting body differentiation was between 16-28 ℃, growth retardation below 16 ℃, poor differentiation above 28 ℃, and the ideal temperature should be 22-25 ℃.
Humidity condition
The mycelium of Tremella fuciformis can only be planted under suitable wet conditions and grow exuberantly. The hyphae were thick and short into bundles and the fruiting bodies differentiated normally. In the over-wet environment, the growth of hyphae is weak, thin and sparse, and the fruiting bodies are poorly differentiated or gelatinized into clusters. Therefore, according to the different humidity requirements of Tremella fuciformis at each stage of its growth, appropriate water should be given. Tremella fuciformis is not easy to germinate into hyphae under over-wet conditions, but appears in the form of budding.
Light condition
Intense direct light is disadvantageous to the germination of mycelium and differentiation of fruiting body of Tremella fuciformis, and scattered light can promote spore germination and differentiation of fruiting body. Different light has obvious relationship with the color of Tremella fuciformis fruiting body, the differentiation of dark light yellow fruiting body is slow, proper scattered light, the white quality of Tremella fuciformis is also excellent.
Acid-base condition
Tremella fuciformis is a weakly acidic fungus, and the pH value of culture should be between 5.2 and 5.8. Excessive acid or alkali will have a certain effect on Tremella fuciformis.
