Dingwang spicy pot was kicked to use non-natural ingredients to prepare soup head. On March 1, the Health Bureau sent personnel to inspect and sample the supply of Dingwang spicy pot soup dispenser "Longwang food line" in Sanmin District of Gaoshi City. And supply Dingwang non-old pot soup dispenser Gaoshi "Youming International Food Company", respectively, 5 pieces of soup ingredients "Longwang Food Company" and 10 pieces of "Youming International Food".

The Gaoshi Health Bureau sent the 15 items to the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for testing pesticide residues and heavy metals, and the test results were released in the evening.

The test results showed that all the heavy metal items in food materials were qualified, and one piece of Lycium barbarum food materials in 15 pesticide tests showed that pesticide residues exceeded the standard, including Clofentezine 0.03ppm, which could not be detected by the standard, Propargite 0.06ppm, which could not be detected by the standard, and Tebuconazole 0.02ppm, which was twice as much as the standard 0.01ppm.

The Health Bureau has asked Youming International Food to remove the same batch of Chinese wolfberry from the shelves, and inspected its upstream wolfberry food supplier Dashun all the way to "Xinglianfa Trading Bank" in Kaohsiung City. As of the evening, nine cases of Youming International Food had been removed, totaling 216 kilograms.

Xinglianfa Trading Bank, on the other hand, said that this batch of Chinese wolfberry was no longer restocked after it was restocked in 1991, and is now out of stock.

The Health Bureau will impose penalties on Xinglianfa Trading Bank in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 1, paragraph 5, of the Food Safety and Hygiene Administration Law and Article 44, paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the same Law, and may impose a fine of not less than NT $60, 000 and not more than NT $50 million.

The Health Bureau said that it will continue to track down the supply source and flow direction of Chinese wolfberry in the "Xinglianfa Trading Bank" and impose fines according to the circumstances. 1030310
