Peanut bud is a kind of food with both dietotherapy and therapy. it can not only be eaten raw, but also rich in nutrition, and the content of energy, protein and crude fat ranks first among all kinds of vegetables. and rich in vitamins, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc and other minerals and a variety of amino acids and trace elements needed by the human body, known as "longevity sprouts", also known as longevity buds, let's take a look at peanut bud planting technology!

Planting Prospect of Peanut Bud

Peanut bud is a new type of pollution-free high-grade seedling vegetable newly developed. Peanut bud is produced by the new foam box soilless cultivation technology, which can be produced all the year round without the application of chemical fertilizer, pesticide and pollution in the production process. It is a very healthy vegetable and has a high planting prospect.

Planting preparation of Peanut Bud

1. Variety selection: to select small-grain peanut varieties, we should use new varieties produced in the same year with full grains, uniform size, no damage, strong germination potential and high germination rate.

2. Production site: peanut sprout production requires strict temperature and humidity conditions, generally does not need light, but requires fresh and smooth air, free living room or waste spare room can be used. Greenhouse or plastic greenhouse should be used for winter cultivation.

3, the specification of the foam box: all kinds of foam box can be used, generally choose the box which is 60 cm long, 40 cm wide and 25 cm high, which requires the bottom of the box to be flat and has drainage ventilation holes.

Planting techniques of Peanut Bud

1. Sowing method: first, wash the seeds and remove the blighted seeds, seed coat and impurities floating on the water surface. Then soak in 20 ℃ warm water for 12-17 hours, and rinse and change the water once in the middle. Put a layer of newspaper at the bottom of the foam box, spread 2 cm thick clean river sand, spread the soaked seeds evenly on the sand surface of the box, and then cover the foam box with a layer of black plastic film to keep warm, moisturize and block the light. The temperature in the box should be kept at 23-28 ℃ and water should be sprayed 2-3 times a day.

2. Cultivation management: after sowing for 2-3 days, when the bud is 1 cm long, all the unbudded kernels will be removed. The suitable temperature for peanut bud growth is 18-25 ℃. More water should be sprayed to cool down in summer and heat preservation should be strengthened in winter. During the growth period, the water should be drenched 3-4 times a day, and the clean well water should be used. Each time, the sprouts were all wet and the matrix was soaked. During the cultivation period, the room should be kept dark and invisible, otherwise the peanut buds will turn green and affect the appearance and taste.

3. Timely harvest: in the normal cultivation environment, from sowing to harvest, it takes 7-8 days in summer and autumn, 8-10 days in winter and spring, when the bud is 12-15 cm long, the top valve is unfolded without cotyledons, no rotten stem, no smell, no root, it can be harvested.
