1. Straw mushroom is a kind of high-temperature edible fungus, fresh straw mushroom is not allowed to be stored directly in the refrigerator, otherwise it will dissolve into water.

2. Fresh volvariella volvacea can be preserved for 1 day and 4 days at 14-16 ℃.

3. Light salt water preservation method: first of all, remove the fresh straw mushrooms and wash them for use, then pour some tap water into the pot. After the water in the pot is boiled, put in the prepared straw mushrooms, add a little salt, wait for the water to boil for 2-3 minutes, lift up and cool down (you can use cold water or natural cooling), so you can put it in the refrigerator and keep it for about 5 days.
