The Taipei Municipal Bureau of Lands announced yesterday that the actual price login information in January was dominated by the number of small and medium-sized slopes below 40 ping, while the price part was dominated by NT $5 million to NT $20 million.

The North Municipal Bureau of Lands released statistics on a total of 3899 real-price entries in January, including buying and selling, leasing and pre-sale cases. in the type of buildings, there are elevators above the sixth floor for the majority, followed by apartments and suites, and finally office commercial buildings and storefronts.

Statistics show that the proportion of suite transactions increased significantly in January, while the proportion of buildings and other types of transactions decreased slightly.

As for the transfer area of the transaction, the Land Price Division of the Lands Bureau said that it was mainly the number of small and medium-sized pitches below 40 ping, followed by the number of medium-sized and large-scale ping of "40-80 ping", and finally the number of large-scale ping of "over 80 ping". In terms of housing age, they are mostly old houses in "5 to 30 years", newly completed houses in "5 years", and old buildings in "more than 30 years".

In terms of transaction prices, the total price in the case of "5 million yuan to 20 million yuan" is still the mainstream of market transactions in January, followed by "more than 30 million yuan" and "20 million to 30 million yuan".

Most of the transaction unit prices were "$400000 to $600000 per ping", followed by "$600000 to $800000 per ping", "over $800000 per ping" and "below $400000 per ping". Affected by the increase in the number of high unit price suite cases, the number of high unit price transaction cases increased, but the number of high total price cases decreased.
