Xinxing Electronics announced that it has signed an investment contract with the people's Government of Huangshi City, Hubei Province, Chinese mainland to develop new electronic components and other printed circuit boards or electronic related products.

Xinxing has made an all-round layout of the Chinese mainland market in recent years, with production bases in Shenzhen, Guangdong, Suzhou and Kunshan in Jiangsu, as well as production in Shandong in the second half of the year. Letters of intent have been signed in Changshu, Nantong, Jiangsu, Jiashan and Chongqing, Zhejiang.

Xinxing announced the signing of an investment contract with the Huangshi people's Government. There is no clear planning process at present, but it is confirmed that it will return to Central China.

Xinxing's revenue in 2013 was 59.935 billion yuan, with an annual decline of 11%, gross profit margin of 10.9%, profit rate of 2.6%, after-tax profit of 956 million yuan and profit per share of 0.76 yuan. The loss in the fourth quarter of last year ate up the profit performance of the first three quarters, making Xinxing's earnings per share for the whole of last year "retrograde".

Investment believes that the Xinxing camp movement can continue to be weak in the first quarter of this year. It is estimated that the revenue in the first quarter will decline by 9.2%, and profits can not escape the haze of losses. Considering that the overall demand remains weak, the improvement of Xinxing's profitability is limited, and the profit in 2014 is revised below.
