(Taiwan Business Daily News) the Foreign Trade Association said that the first "Taiwan International Yacht Show" was unveiled on May 8, and related industries can pre-register on the official website from April 1 to change their tickets. Sponsored by the Bureau of International Trade of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Kaohsiung Municipal Government, implemented by the Foreign Trade Development Association of the Republic of China, and with the support of the Taiwan Yacht Industry Association, the "Taiwan International Yacht Show" held from May 8 to 11 entered the final stage of preparation.

The Foreign Trade Association said that at present, 24 shipyards have participated in the Taiwan International Yacht Show, and 40 yachts, sailboats and power boats of all kinds from 15 feet (about 5 meters) to 110 feet (about 34 meters) will be displayed.

In order to increase the richness of the exhibition, the Foreign Trade Association plans a series of marine and yacht-related activities, from entry-level knowledge to high-level professional knowledge, to meet the needs of different visitors and provide the most complete marine knowledge sharing.

Among them, "Ocean School" will introduce the development of the yacht industry, tips for novice yachts, basic knowledge and laws and regulations on leisure activities at sea, and invite Liu Ningsheng, Taiwan's first successful sailing master who sails around the world, to share the desires of windsurfing activities, and arrange experts to teach introductory windsurfing activities. After that, there will be a prize collection and answer activity for the "Ocean Congress examination". On the last day of the exhibition, the lucky winner of the Eva ticket to Asia will be drawn out.

In addition to the indoor static forum and sharing, the 2014 Taiwan International heavy Sailing Invitational Race will be held outside the exhibition hall to feel the excitement and challenge of the international sailing master "chasing the wind".
