Mucor of Ganoderma lucidum is a common disease caused by Mucor fungi. Mucor, commonly known as Mucor, is a common bacteria polluted by fungi, which grows fast and occurs generally, and likes high temperature and high humidity. In the case of high temperature and humidity, the incidence of poor ventilation is very high. Let's take a look at the prevention and treatment of Ganoderma lucidum Mucor.

Incidence characteristics of Mucor of Ganoderma lucidum

Mucor often lives on organic matter. Mature spores spread in the air and germinate hyphae on organic matter when temperature and humidity are suitable, especially in the environment of high temperature and humidity, they grow rapidly. In the process of strain growth, the disinfection and sterilization of culture materials and inoculation utensils are not complete, or the staff do not strictly comply with the requirements of aseptic operation, or the cotton plugs of strain bottles and bags can be contaminated by moisture. The cultivation room has been in a state of poor ventilation for a long time, and the incidence rate is high.

Damage characteristics of Mucor of Ganoderma lucidum

Mucor can secrete organic acids and toxins and inhibit the growth of Ganoderma lucidum hyphae. After the injury of the culture medium, the mycelium is gray and stout, and the growth rate is fast. In the later stage, many small yellow-white round granules were produced at the top of the aerial hyphae, and then gradually turned black. Mucor and Ganoderma lucidum hyphae compete for nutrients and water. Mucor has a strong ability to decompose protein, has strong resistance and inhibits the growth of mycelium.

Control measures of Mucor of Ganoderma lucidum

1. Do a good job in environmental hygiene and keep the inoculation room and inoculation box clean, dry and sterilized.

2. Choose a suitable cultivation site and stay away from organic substances such as animal dung storage.

3. The fresh, dry and mildew-free raw material is selected as the culture material, and the proportion of wheat bran and rice bran is controlled within 10%.

4. Mix the material with 0.2% of the dry material weight of 25% carbendazim or 0.2% of the dry material weight of methyl thiophanate.

5. Strengthen cultivation management, timely ventilation, maintain proper temperature and humidity in the cultivation room, keep the environment hygienic and clean, and destroy the living environment of bacteria.
