(Taiwan Business Daily News) Huang Zibin, a sophomore in central China at Liuhe High School in Pingzhen City, participated in the Malaysian Youth World Invention Exhibition with his work "Electric lift platform for ladders" and won the gold medal. His mother, Xie Luona, has applied for a patent with the intellectual property Bureau and will have the opportunity to quantify production in the future.

Huang Zibin has participated in the county science exhibition since the sixth grade of elementary school and won two silver medals. Now he has won a gold medal in the international invention competition. Instructor Shi Kundian says that Huang Zibin explains his work in fluent English and makes an actual model. Operating with a remote control also has bonus points.

Huang Zibin said that he and his brother Huang Ziyi, who majored in information at Yuda High School, found that elevators were often used to move things in their daily life, but the elevators could only be fixed in one position and could not be moved. The brothers figured out how to move freely, using equipment to simply assemble elevators to replace traditional elevators or handling machines.

Huang Zibin said that the invention is to fix the fastening buckle at the end of the rope around the upper end of the ladder, the platform can lean directly on the ordinary ladder, place the goods behind the platform, use the remote control to control the rotation of the motor, release the rope or roll up the rope to cause the platform to fall or rise with the ladder.
