It is generally believed that small eggs and dark yolks are the characteristics of native eggs. However, unscrupulous traders take advantage of our general point of view to pick out the small foreign eggs as earth eggs and add pigment to the chicken feed to make the yolk of the eggs darker. The quality of such eggs is worse than that of foreign eggs, but the price is close to native eggs, which deceives the majority of consumers.

The difference between native eggs and ordinary eggs

Native eggs have some characteristics that ordinary eggs do not have, and we can identify them through these differences.

The main results are as follows: 1. the eggshell of native eggs has a high content of calcium, thick and hard, while foreign eggs are thinner and brittle.

2. Native eggs are clear and sticky, while foreign eggs have thin egg whites.

3. The egg yolk has a high degree of condensation, floats on the egg white and does not sink to the bottom. A toothpick inserted in the middle of the egg yolk can stand upright.

4. Peel the cooked egg and knead it in your hand. Even if the egg is pinched flat, the egg whites will not crack. It is still a complete egg.

5. Real native eggs are really better than any kind of eggs sold in the market. Real native eggs, even boiled eggs, are very delicious.

6. Foreign eggs are large, white and hydrated. You can see it when you fry eggs, and you can see the straight sound of a lesbian in an oil pan.

Identification of native eggs and ordinary eggs

The standard of judging native eggs according to egg size and yolk color can no longer be adapted. However, there is still an easy way to tell whether an egg is a native egg. The two identification methods provided below are intuitive and clear, capturing the essential characteristics of native eggs.

1. Tell the truth from the false at first sight. Although small eggs are not necessarily native eggs, it is easy to distinguish between real and fake ones from their appearance. Due to the free-range breeding of native chickens, there are great individual differences, and there are also great individual differences reflected in eggs, especially in the size, shape and color of eggs. In general, free-range chicken farms are classified according to egg size. A batch of eggs seen in the market are roughly the same size, but there is a big difference in color. When a batch of (more than 10) eggs have obvious color differences, it can be judged that they are native eggs, on the contrary, they are foreign eggs.

2. Open the egg to tell whether it is true or false. The real native chicken is kept in free range, and the number of hens and cocks in the flock is matched by a ratio of about 10:1. Free-range breeding is in line with the natural way of life of chickens, and Roosters and hens will complete mating to achieve the continuation of the species. Therefore, native eggs are the product of mating between Roosters and hens, and they are fertilized eggs. In order to improve the laying rate, caged chicken farms do not feed cocks at all, and caged chickens cannot move freely, so there is no mating process. The eggs laid by caged chickens are unfertilized eggs, unlike native eggs, which are fertilized eggs. Taking this as a standard, you can clearly judge whether the eggs are laid by free-range chickens. The white floc in the egg white indicates that the egg is a fertilized egg. If you look closely, you can also find "egg eyes" on the egg yolk.
