The breed of meat duck has a direct impact on the economic benefits of breeding, so it is necessary to choose a good breed of meat duck.

Feed

The feed formula of 1-2 weeks old is as follows: corn 50%, wheat bran 12%, oil withered 8%, beans (soybeans, peas) 10%, silkworm pupa 6%, fish meal 6%, rice bran 5%, auxin 0.5%, bone meal 2%, oxytetracycline residue 0.5%. Add 20 grams of multivitamins and 50 grams of lysine. The diameter of pellet feed is 0.2-0.3 cm for 1-2-week-old ducks and 0.4-0.5 cm for 3-6-week-old ducks.

Health and epidemic prevention

The duck pens should be washed every day and disinfected alternately with lime water and bleach once a month. The ducks were fed with sulfonamide and oxytetracycline every 10 days to prevent diseases.

Cooling and keeping warm

An hour before the duck returns to the circle in summer, rinse the ground with cold water to reduce the high temperature. In winter, a thin film can be used to surround the duck ring and put straw in the ring to increase the temperature inside the ring.
