High density dry rearing technique of Meat Duck
The new technology of intensive dry breeding of meat ducks is a practical breeding technology for water-deficient areas. There is no need to put ducks in the water for the whole breeding. Construction of duck house
Choose a site with good soil permeability, an inclination of 5-10 degrees and a sunny leeward. The site should be flat to prevent stagnant water.
Duck seedling selection
At present, there are mainly Shanghai White Duck, Beijing Duck, Cherry Duck, Gaoyou Duck and other breeds. These meat ducks have gentle temperament, strong adaptability and good fattening performance, so they are very suitable for intensive group feeding and captivity.
Feeding formula
Ducklings (1-25) feed formula: corn 50%, rapeseed cake 20%, broken rice 10%, wheat bran 10%, fish meal 7.5%, bone meal 1%, salt 0.5%. Mid-term duck (26-45 days old): corn 50%, rapeseed cake 5%, broken rice 10%, wheat 17%, wheat bran 12%, fish meal 4.5%, shell meal 2%, bone meal 1%, salt 0.5%, remove soybean, reduce 5% rice bran, increase corn 10%.
Feeding method
When the duckling comes out of its shell, it should be supplied with water in time within 24 hours. The method is to put a piece of plastic film on the ground and sprinkle some boiled water or 1/10000 oxytetracycline aqueous solution to let the duckling drink freely. At the same time, sprinkle the prepared feed water and sprinkle it on the plastic film to feed, begin to sprinkle less, while asking to eat, to guide the duck to finish in a short time. Feed is added less frequently after 4 days of age, which encourages ducks to eat freely day and night, while drinking water should be clean and adequate. The middle duck stage is the fastest stage of weight gain, so it should be fed regularly to make it full and eat well, and increase the amount of exercise to make it grow strong. During the fattening period, the main purpose of the fattening period is to increase the food intake of ducks, and it is best to feed them manually. Mix the beverage with suitable warm water and mix it into a moderate amount of soft and hard, and then rub them into finger-sized particles with manual filling, filling them 3-4 times a day, each time according to the digestive ability of ducks.
Duck house temperature
It was 30-31 ℃ at 1-3 days old, 28-80 ℃ at 4-7 days old, 25-28 ℃ at 8-17 days old, and maintained 20-25 ℃ over 15 days old.
Duck house environment
The air is fresh, the food trough and drinking sink should be kept clean, the feed should be kept fresh, the drinking water should be clean, and the mat should be changed frequently during the duckling period. Replenish light at night, 35-40 ducklings and 10-15 adult ducklings per square meter.
