Construction of duck house

Variety selection

At present, there are mainly Shanghai White Duck, Zhongshan Ma Duck, Beijing Duck, Cherry Valley Duck, Gaoyou Duck and other breeds. These meat ducks have gentle temperament, strong adaptability, good fattening performance and suitable for intensive group feeding in captivity.

Feed formula

Duckling stage (1-25 days old): corn 50%, rapeseed cake 20%, broken rice 10%, wheat bran 10%, fish meal 7.5%, bone meal 1%, shell meal 1%, salt 0.5%. Mid-duck stage (26-45 days old): corn 50%, rapeseed cake 5%, broken rice 10%, wheat 16%, wheat bran 12%, fish meal 4.5%, bone meal 1%, shell meal 1%, salt 0.5%. Fattening period (7-15 days before sale): corn 35%, rice bran 30%, coarse flour 26.5%, soybeans 5%, shell powder 2%, bone meal 1%, salt 0.5%, later remove soybeans, reduce 5% rice bran, increase 10% corn.

Feeding method

The ducklings are supplied with water within 24 hours after they come out of their shell. The method is to put a piece of plastic film on the ground and sprinkle some cold boiled water or 1/10000 oxytetracycline solution to let the ducklings drink freely. After drinking water, sprinkle the prepared feed water with wet water on the plastic film to allow it to eat, and begin to sprinkle less, while calling, to guide the duck to eat and find food. At the age of 1-3 days, they were fed once an hour and were required to finish in a short period of time. After 4 days old, the ducks were fed less frequently, which prompted the ducks to eat freely day and night and provide sufficient clean drinking water. The middle duck period is the fastest stage of weight gain, so you should feed it regularly to make it full and increase the amount of exercise. During the fattening period, the main purpose of the fattening period is to increase the food intake of ducks, it is best to feed them manually, mix the formula feed with suitable warm boiling water and mix it into soft and hard particles, rub them into finger-sized particles with hands, and fill them manually for 3 to 4 times a day, each time according to the digestive ability of ducks.

Environment control

The room temperature of ducklings at 1 ~ 3 days old, 4 ~ 7 days old, 8 ~ 14 days old and over 15 days old were 3031 ℃, 2830 ℃, 2528 ℃ and 20 ℃, respectively. The duck house should be ventilated and transparent, keep the air fresh, feed fresh and drinking water clean, keep the trough and drinking sink clean, and change the mat frequently during the duckling period. Make up the light at night. There are 35 ducklings per square meter and 10 ducklings per square meter.
