In the management of laying geese, the female geese move slowly during the laying period, so it is only advisable to follow and not rush when grazing. Take as few slopes and uneven roads as possible, so as not to cause peritonitis caused by bleeding in the abdomen and fallopian tubes; collect breeding eggs in time, and some geese are found to lay eggs during grazing. If you are unwilling to follow the herd, shout loudly, move restlessly, nest, etc., you should hurry back to the house or carry it back to the goose shed to lay eggs, especially carefully observe the female geese at the initial birth stage to prevent laying eggs in the field and in the water. During the laying period, the light time of geese should not be less than 13 hours per day, and the peak period of egg production should be kept at 15-16 hours.

During the laying period, the geese should be fed mainly by house feeding and supplemented by grazing. The dietary matching ratio is roughly 60% 15% for cereals, 10% 15% for cakes, 10% 15% for bran bran, 10% 15% for fillers (grass meal), and 4% 15% for mineral feed. In addition to the free intake of green feed, each goose of large geese and small geese are fed 150g / 180g and 100g / 130g, three times a day. When feeding, it should be fixed-time and quantitative, rough first and then fine. Graze in the morning until 10:00 to feed, then rest in the shade by the water, and throw green feed, feed once at 2 p.m., graze after 3 o'clock, and feed the third time after returning home at dusk.
