Fish pond construction
The fish pond is excavated in the greenhouse, the depth of the pond is 2 meters, the bottom and wall of the pond are compacted, the bottom is covered with 30 cm thick fat mud, the edge of the pool is covered with plastic film, and the water inlet is set at both ends of the pool, the inlet is higher than the water surface of the pool, and the outlet is located at the bottom of the pond. Nylon net is installed at the inlet to prevent debris entry and Loach escape. Dig a 2-meter-long, 0.5-meter wide and 0.3-meter deep ditch at the bottom of the drain for use in Loach fishing and summer vacation. After the completion of the fish pond, the water is 10 cm, and each mu of fish pond is disinfected with 80 kilograms of quicklime and 100 kilograms of chemical water. After 10 days, enter the water to 50 cm, then apply urea 2 kg / mu to improve the water quality, and apply it again 3 days later, waiting for a large number of brown diatoms to be seen on the edge of the pool, the water is yellow-brown and the transparency is about 30 cm, which can release seedlings.
Fish fry restocking
Misgurnus anguillicaudatus fry are required to be physically strong, disease-free and injury-free, swimming lively, and the specifications of Loach in each pond should be roughly the same. Misgurnus anguillicaudatus must be washed and disinfected before stocking. One of the methods that can be used is to soak the Loach for 5 minutes with 2% salt water for 10 minutes, with a density of about 2 jin per square meter of water. With the increase of stocking quantity, the weight of fish increased, and the water of the pond could be deepened to 0.5-0.7 meters.
Put in the bait
15 days after the Loach fry was released, it was mainly fed with natural bait, and some fish meal, bean cakes and bait were properly fed, accounting for 2% of the body weight. The Loach grew to 5 cm thick in the first and middle of June, and changed to carp full-price compound feed. The daily feeding amount was 5% of body weight in June, 10% in July and August, and 5% in September. The feeding amount should be finished within 2 hours of Loach. When casting bait, put the bait near the table.
Water quality regulation
The water quality of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus culture pond is yellowish green, the transparency is between 20cm and 25cm, the PH value is about 7.5, and the dissolved oxygen is above 2mg / L. From July to August, the water depth is more than 80 centimeters. It is found that the water color is too thick to change the water in time. Generally, the water should be changed twice every 10 days, and 302 centimeters each time. In the hot season, some aquatic plants, such as water hyacinth, water peanuts, etc., can be transplanted in the pond. Shade shade should also be built on the pool to shade.
Greenhouse management
The Loach culture greenhouse takes down the straw covered by the plastic shed from 10:00 to 3 p.m. on a sunny day in winter and early spring, and then covers the straw in the greenhouse for heat preservation. In summer, the plastic film is removed from the greenhouse. Aquatic plants such as water peanuts are planted in the pond to shade the sun. In autumn and late spring, the plastic film is covered with the plastic film, and the straw mat is covered on the film at night.
Disease prevention fishing
Misgurnus anguillicaudatus culture should strive to achieve disease-free early prevention and early treatment, regularly sprinkle with quicklime and bleach in the whole pond, which can improve water quality and prevent the occurrence of fish diseases. at the same time, water snakes, water rats and other enemy pests in Loach ponds should be removed in time. At the end of autumn and the beginning of winter, when the water temperature drops to 10: 15 ℃, the Loach's food intake decreases, and the fishing can be carried out. Generally, the method of artificial fishing is used to drain the pond water.
