Through the exclusive official website, QR Code and App, employees can check in, broadcast events and inquire about personal road running information through mobile phones, reflecting "digital life".

In order to broadcast the current status of the road run in real time, the road run will be captured through the image of the mobile phone, broadcast the content in real time through UStream, and displayed on the TV screen on the scene. In addition, the conference specially set up a dedicated event website and mobile App for the event, through which employees can view personal running speed, running time, calorie consumption and other data. The organizer said that the event held in the waterworks is of great significance to environmental protection. Since Chunghwa Telecom put forward the Chunghwa Telecom carbon Management Strategy Map in 2008, it has spared no effort to improve energy efficiency, employees' independent environmental protection and the development of low-carbon products every year. In addition, taking electricity consumption as an example, in 2013, the company's electricity consumption in the whole region was 0.15% lower than that in 2012, successfully achieving the goal of "no growth" in electricity consumption. Chairman Cai Lixing said in his speech, "Chunghwa Telecom will fulfill its social responsibility, continue to show a firm commitment to the environment and energy use, and will continue to implement the 'five-year energy saving plan' in the future, saving 2% of electricity every year, so by 2015, the company's total electricity consumption will be 8% lower than in 2012."
