Mayor Hu Zhiqiang said that although the Daya District er 3 Park is only 774 ping, the cost is as high as 100 million yuan, which translates to 170000 yuan per ping, but in order to improve the living environment of the people, especially the nearby residential areas, it cannot be said that it will not be opened up if it is too expensive.
