Lobster, also known as prawn, dragon head shrimp, scientific name crayfish, also known as red swamp crayfish, folk also known as shrimp king. Its head chest is thicker, the shell is hard, colorful, the body length is generally between 15 - 20 cm, the weight can reach more than 200 grams, similar to the sea lobster, mainly produced in Australia, so it is called Australian freshwater lobster.

Lobsters are omnivorous animals, especially like to eat animal feed, and lobster nature greedy, large intake, pay attention to feed feeding methods. Adult shrimp culture can be directly fed with minced rice bran, bean cake, bran, miscellaneous fish, snail meat, silkworm chrysalis, earthworm, slaughterhouse leftovers or compound feed, etc., to maintain the protein content of feed at about 25%, daily feeding amount of shrimp weight 4-10%, according to the season, weather, water quality, shrimp physiological conditions and adjustment. The water temperature is 10-30℃, which is the peak period of shrimp growth. Generally, it is fed twice a day. The feeding time is 9-10 a.m. or around sunset or at night. The daily feeding amount is 5-8% of the shrimp body weight, or it is supplemented once in the morning of the next day according to the feeding situation. Feed feeding should pay attention to fine weather when more investment, high temperature and sultry, continuous rainy days or water quality is too thick, less investment, a large number of shrimp molting shell, molting after more investment.

Lobster culture process, juvenile shrimp in the appropriate temperature, feed sufficient circumstances, generally 60-90 days can grow to commercial specifications. Sell large and keep small, catch and release in turn, so as to achieve the goal of high yield and high efficiency.
