How do city people like to eat this thing, go to the head and pliers on the tail on a little meat, what to eat? No matter how much people in the countryside don't understand, eating lobster has become the trend in the city in recent years. On the Jinan market, cooked lobster has risen from 10 yuan per jin to 15 yuan per jin this year. The pattern of making lobster in the restaurant is also constantly renovated, soy sauce, beer stew, spicy …... At present, Beijing, Shanghai, Hefei, Jiangsu, Sichuan and other places are lobster consumption markets. It is said that in a city of Hefei, the daily trading volume of lobster can reach a thousand tons. Because eating lobster has become popular, but also led to the lobster industry, Jiangsu Xuyi, Hefei suburbs have formed tens of thousands of mu of farming area. However, Shandong lags behind in lobster farming, mainly because farmers do not understand that there is such a big market for lobster. In a recent interview in Yutai County, Shandong Province, I met a farmer named Zhang Zhilong, who went to the city to raise lobster.

Zhang Zhilong is a villager of Bahu Village, Luotun Township, Yutai County. In the autumn of 2004, 100 jin of shrimp was introduced to the south and put in a 400-square-meter pit. At that time, it cost 4,000 yuan to introduce shrimp. In the second year, he began to catch big and stay small, and sold more than 900 jin of commercial shrimp a year, with a price of about 6 yuan per jin and an income of more than 5,000 yuan. By 2006, his farming area had expanded to 10 mu, selling more than 8000 jin of commercial shrimp a year, and the price reached 8.2 yuan per jin. Zhang Zhilong's culture condition is not very good, he raises shrimp all uses some old pit pond, also cannot change the water. But lobster is very resistant to hypoxia, can climb ashore, basically no disease, put once, do not have to plant every year, they can overwintering reproduction, usually as long as feed. Every two or three days, he fed the balls steamed with mixed fish, shrimp and noodles, plus some local snail meat and chopped green feed. According to his account, the production cost of each jin of adult shrimp is about 1.520 yuan, and one mu of water can catch about a thousand jin of commercial shrimp one year, and excluding the cost, the income of 4,000 yuan per mu is no problem. Zhang Zhilong said that it is best to avoid selling lobsters in summer and in autumn, when wild lobsters are off the market and the price of artificial farming goes up.

Zhang Zhilong said that lobsters do not have high requirements for the water environment, so plant some bushes around the pits and put some duckweed in the water to give them shade. It is said that lobsters are also kept in rice fields in many places in the south. Lobsters eat a variety of food, can not only eat weeds and pests, but also increase a piece of income, but we must pay attention to take some anti-escape measures.

The reader should be given a correct opinion. Crayfish, which are now popular in the city, should be called crayfish, which were first brought to China by the Japanese. At that time, they wanted to take advantage of their miscellaneous eating habits and strong vitality to clean up the river, and later became wild. Unexpectedly, it has become a delicacy of people now. In Shandong Province, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, Penaeus vannamei and hairy crab have been widely promoted and produced in freshwater aquaculture in recent years. The breeding benefit of these varieties was also high a few years ago, but there are also some difficulties that the seedlings can not propagate naturally over the winter, the investment of seedlings is large every year, and the feeding technical conditions are high. Later, it also promoted the Australian red crayfish, but it was not easy to produce on a large scale because of the difficulties such as not being able to survive the winter in the open field. Now the market of crayfish is bullish, the adaptability of aquaculture is strong, and the risk of aquaculture is not big, so you might as well try it in places with water conservancy conditions.
