The use of lobster shell

Lobster shell looks messy, smelly and polluting the environment, but after long-term research, lobster shell can be extracted into chitin and chitosan.

Shrimp head and shell contain about 20% chitin, which can be made into soluble chitin after processing. Chitin and its derivatives have very important application value in the fields of food, chemical industry, medicine, agriculture, cosmetics, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, environmental protection and so on.

Chitosan is also widely used, mainly in cosmetics, flocculants, feed, bait, adsorbents, smoke gum and so on.
