Identification method of hairy crab in Yangcheng Lake

Hairy crabs are called "old hairy crabs" by Chongming people because their two large claws are as fluffy as hair. It was born in the waters of the Yangtze River Estuary on Chongming Island. 2. Green back (method of burning): the back of hairy crab is green in crab shell, which is shiny and refreshing, and shows red when cooked. Crabs in other lakes are heavy in soil and red in ash when cooked.

3, white belly (brush method): hairy crab belly is white, shiny, but not pure white, because of water stains in the lake, should be slightly yellow, different from other lake area crab belly is gray, the use of brushes gently brush the shell, you can brush down a little water stain attached to the shell dirt.

4. 5. Yellow hair (you can use the method of squeezing the hair): the fluff on the crab claw is dense and soft, and the hair is refreshing and yellow. In other lakes, the crab hair is thick and earthy and not clean. This method needs to pay special attention to safety and is easy to get caught in the fingers.
