Zhao Shaolian, director of transportation of New Taipei City, said that the first stage of the ring line, which is located at the core of the third Ring Line, starts from Xindian Dapinglin Station, through densely populated and built areas such as Xindian, Zhonghe, Banqiao and Xinzhuang, to Xinbei Industrial Park in Xinzhuang District, with a total length of 15.4 kilometers, with a total of 14 stations and a machine factory.
