(Taiwan Business Daily News) Teachers and students of Cincinnati High School in the United States went to study in New Taipei City for 14 days yesterday. And will visit and travel around Taiwan, but also enter the class to experience high school curriculum study.

The New Taipei Municipal Bureau of Education promoted the "international short-term exchange study" program for high school students and formed an alliance with the sister city of Cincinnati in the United States. Last year, New Taipei City selected 30 students to study in the United States, and the second short-term exchange to the United States will be held in November this year.

At the welcome reception in the morning, New Taipei Mayor Zhu Lilun thanked the other party for the reception he had received during his previous visit to Cincinnati. At the same time, he also stressed Taiwan's enthusiasm. They will become everlasting friends and look forward to everlasting friendship. After the visiting teachers and students return to the United States, they will have eternal memories.

New Taipei City went to the United States for exchange students to perform aboriginal welcome dances, while Cincinnati City, which attaches importance to sports and baseball, also sang American folk songs and waved the national flags of the Republic of China and the United States.

The Cincinnati High School Student Exchange Education delegation is headed by Mary A. Ronan, Director of Education of the Cincinnati Public School Bureau of Education.

Exchange students will experience seven travel routes, including Micang, Baiyun, Yeliu, Benevolence, Tamshui Primary School, and the characteristic bilingual teaching courses of Pinglin Junior High School, Jinshan High School and Yingge higher Vocational College. Xinshi exchange students are invited to join the class to share American culture and student life.

Cincinnati exchange students will also enter municipal high school, conduct formal courses and campus activities, and visit the greater Taipei area and south-central Taiwan for cultural tours.
