Guantian District Public Office said that the Guantian Library was built in 1978 and the building is old. After the improvement of the software and hardware project, the library space is not only brighter and more spacious than before, but also combined with the Guantian industrial culture to design the water pheasant LOGO, symbolizing that the library and the public fly to the palace of knowledge hand in hand. In addition, Chen Chengwen, mayor of Guantian District, said that in order to solve the inconvenience of borrowing books for residents in remote areas, in the future, the library will cooperate with Chen Yanhai, head of Daisaki Kaneda, to send some books to the Ozaki children's library at the beginning of each month for lending to rural residents.
