In addition, after the first application for a passport abroad has been confirmed by the Household Administration Office, the public can directly apply for a passport, and there is no need for the public to personally or appoint a travel agency to send a copy to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to implement the concept of full-process service. Zhuo County magistrate said that on July 1, the National Household Administration Day, which is grateful for the hard work of household administrative staff, it is more meaningful for Changhua County to expand convenient services for the people.

Zhuo Boyuan, head of Changhua County, first thanked his colleagues in household administration for their hard work and said that Changhua County Government and the Central Health Insurance Department of the Ministry of Health and Welfare worked together to provide cross-domain health insurance integration services. Since July 1, 26 household administration offices in Changhua County have taken the lead in the country to apply for household services such as "change of personal name", "change of date of birth", "Aboriginal reply to traditional name" and "lost and reissued ID card". People will take the initiative to consult whether to replace the health insurance card and change the health insurance data. as long as the public sign the application form at the scene, they can complete the bid and avoid travelling back and forth. Changhua county residents are welcome to make more use of it.

Zhuo Boyuan, head of Changhua County, pointed out that according to the passport regulations, if people go abroad for the first time since July 100, they must first go to the household administration department to confirm their identity, and then apply for a passport at the counter of the Consular Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or various offices. If appointed by a travel agency, the cost of handling each item is about NT $300, which is time-consuming and money-consuming for the public. Changhua County Government took the initiative to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and agreed to start from July 1. For the first time to apply for a passport, each household and the county government will provide full service, and there will be no agency fee. The number of passports confirmed by the first passport holders in Changhua County is about 24000 a year, which will save the county people including agency fees and people's personal running time for the whole year, with an estimated annual savings of more than 15 million yuan.
