The 2014 Hualien soaring season made its debut in the Fenglin Town Environmental Protection Science and Technology Park. Hualien County Mayor Fu Yun, together with the director of the county government bureau, went to the field many times to conduct a survey, and stressed that it must be improved, so that all tourists can enjoy the summer here.

The Environmental Protection Science and Technology Park is located in Fenglin Comprehensive Development Zone, which is 42 kilometers away from the airport and 39 kilometers away from Hualien Railway Station. The park can connect with the Taijiu Line, connect Hualien and Ilan to the north, and reach Taitung to the south, so the transportation is very convenient. This year's Hualien Flying season Park covers a vast area, and the lawn that allows hot air balloons to rise and fall in place alone has four hectares. The organizers have intimately launched a garden carriage driven by a professional coach, so that tourists can enjoy the scenery while enjoying the breeze on their cheeks.
