The difference between green lemon and yellow lemon
Although green lemon and yellow lemon are both lemons, there are great differences between the two kinds of lemons. Their color, taste and use are different, among which yellow lemon is the most suitable for sliced water to drink.

Green lemon does not refer to immature lemons, but an independent variety in the lemon family. From hanging fruit to maturity, its skin is blue and smooth. The mature flesh of imported lime is as green as jade, while the mature pulp of domestic lime is like grapefruit with a yellowish feeling.
When the yellow lemon first hangs the fruit, it is cyan, and there is a more detailed texture on the epidermis. When it is ripe, the skin becomes golden, and the flesh is also light golden yellow.

The aroma of lime is relatively light, and the pulp of domestic lime is not sour after ripening, and the aftertaste is slightly bitter. The ripe pulp of imported lime tastes very sour.

Yellow lemon is often used in western food in cooking, usually squeezed into lemon juice or sliced lemon for drinking, used with seafood to remove fishy, fresh and fragrant food.
