What is a fake pesticide?

1. The following pesticides are fake pesticides: ① impersonates non-pesticides as pesticides or this kind of pesticides as other pesticides; the types and names of the active ingredients contained in ② are not in conformity with the types and names of the effective ingredients of pesticides indicated on the product label or instructions.

2. The following pesticides are inferior pesticides: ① does not meet the quality standards of pesticide products; ② loses its efficacy; ③ is mixed with harmful ingredients such as drug damage.

How to identify the authenticity of pesticides?

1. Search for the registration certificate number: ① logs in to the "China Pesticide Information Network" to click on the online query system and enter the registration certificate number, then you can know the authenticity of the registration certificate number and the electronic label filed by the Ministry of Agriculture; ② searches the Collection of Pesticide Management Information

In addition to label verification and instrument inspection, through visual inspection to identify whether a pesticide product is true or qualified, or fake or inferior, that is, unqualified, can be identified by the following two intuitive and simple methods:

2. To distinguish from the substance form of pesticides.

(1) observation of substance morphology.

① powder and wettable powder should be loose loose powder without agglomeration. If there is caking or more granular feeling, it means that it has been damp, not only the fineness of the product can not meet the requirements, but also the content of its active ingredients may change. If the color of the product is uneven, it also indicates that there may be a quality problem.

② EC should be a homogeneous liquid with no deep lake or suspended matter. If the phenomenon of delamination and turbidity occurs, or the emulsion diluted with water is uneven or there are oil slick and precipitates, it shows that there may be problems with the quality of the product.

③ suspensions and emulsions should be flowable suspensions without caking. Delamination may exist in long-term storage, but they should be able to restore their original state after shaking. If the product cannot be restored or caked after shaking, it indicates that there is a quality problem in the product.

If the tablet used for ④ fumigation is in the form of powder, it indicates that it has failed.

The ⑤ aqueous agent should be a homogeneous liquid, without precipitation or suspended matter, and there is generally no turbid precipitation after dilution with water.

⑥ granule products should be uniform in thickness and should not contain many powders.

(2) physical and chemical properties examination

① wettable powder: take a transparent glass bottle filled with water, rest horizontally, take half a spoonful of the agent, pour it into the water at a height of 1-2 cm above the water, and the qualified wettable powder should be able to wet and disperse gradually in the water, and the whole wetting time will generally not exceed 2 minutes. After putting the excellent wettable powder into the water, without stirring, a better suspension can be formed, such as shaking the bottle well and standing still for 1 hour. There should be less solid deposition at the bottom.

② EC: fill a transparent glass with water, remove the sample with an eyedropper or glass rod, drop it on the still water surface, the qualified EC (or EC with good emulsifying performance) should be able to quickly spread downward and around, after a little stirring, form a white milk emulsion, rest for half an hour, no visible oil droplets and precipitates.

③ water-soluble EC: can dissolve with water, do not form milky white.

④ dry suspension agent: it can be dispersed spontaneously after being diluted with water, and the original drug is dispersed in the water with particles with a particle size of 1-5 microns, forming a relatively stable suspension.
