salmon salad

Ingredients: 150g salmon, 150g white radish, 2 pickled peppers, 1 red pepper, 1 teaspoon pickled cabbage water, 1/2 teaspoon green mustard, 2 tablespoons sushi sauce, some crushed ice

[Practice] ① Wash white radish, salmon and red pepper, peel white radish and shred it. 2. Soak shredded white radish in ice water for 5 minutes. 3. Peel salmon, remove fish bones and cut into large pieces.④ Make salmon into flower shape by rotating and turning. Mix sushi soy sauce and pickled pepper juice and squeeze in green mustard. 6. Cut red pepper and pickled wild pepper into circles. 7. Put crushed ice wrapped in plastic wrap in the dish. Then add the dried radish shreds. Add salmon flowers, sprinkle with pickled wild pepper and red pepper rings, and serve with the seasoned dish.

The salmon you buy must be refrigerated so that it stays fresh.② White radish shreds will taste crisper after soaking in ice water.

Tomato salmon

[Ingredients] 300g salmon, 1 tomato, proper amount of olive oil, proper amount of salt, proper amount of tomato sauce, proper amount of perilla, proper amount of ginger and garlic, proper amount of sugar, proper amount of black pepper powder.

[Practice] ① Prepare salmon first, marinate it with a little salt and black pepper for a while.② Cut tomato skin into small pieces, wash perilla and shred, chop ginger and garlic.③ Heat the pan and pour in a little olive oil. Add the marinated salmon. 4. Turn one side over and fry the other side, then put it on a plate. Continue to use the oil pan, add a little more olive oil, pour in ginger and garlic, and saute. Stir fry with basil and add a little salt. Stir in chopped tomatoes. 8 Then add a little water to the tomato sauce, add salt and sugar, and cook until the juice thickens and turns off. Pour the sauce onto the fish.

Tomatoes do not have to be cooked too long, and it is best to eat them together with the skin.

salmon sushi

[Ingredients] 100g ordinary rice, 10g salt, 50g sugar, 100g vinegar, proper amount of water, proper amount of sushi sauce, proper amount of mustard, proper amount of salmon.

[Practice] ① Wash ordinary rice and glutinous rice and discharge rice. Press the cooking button.② After the rice is cooked, put it in a container and cool it to about 40 degrees. 3 salt, sugar, vinegar three kinds of materials put in the pot heated sushi vinegar, do not make it boil, cool after use.④ Add sushi vinegar to rice, pour slowly, mix well while pouring, and stop pouring sushi vinegar when you feel that all rice is stained with sushi vinegar. Wear disposable gloves and take some rice and hold it in your hand. 6 Put sliced salmon on top of rice balls, dip sushi sauce and mustard, and serve.

[Tips] ① Adding glutinous rice to rice is to increase the viscosity of rice.② If you feel that the practice is troublesome, you can buy sushi rice and sushi vinegar directly.

salmon sashimi

[Ingredients] 400g salmon, 1/2 lemon, proper amount of mustard, proper amount of soy sauce.

[Practice] ① Wash the fish and lay it flat on the chopping board for cutting cooked food. 2 Cut with a knife between meat and skin. As long as the fish part, the fish skin is removed. 4. Take the thick part of meat and slice it. 5. Arrange the dishes well. Cut half of the lemon and squeeze the juice onto the fish when eating. 6 Squeeze a little mustard out of a small plate. 7 Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir well before eating.

[Tips] It is best to eat sashimi with Japanese soy sauce. If not, Chinese soy sauce can be used instead.

fried salmon

[Ingredients] 200g salmon, proper amount of oil, proper amount of salt, 1 egg.

(1) The salmon is thawed. Cut into small strips, marinate with salt, add cooking wine. Add flour after marinating. Beat in an egg and stir well. Heat the oil and remove the salmon pieces, about 3 minutes. 6. Set the dish.
