Tomato salmon

Tomatoes do not have to be cooked too long, and it is best to eat them together with the skin.
salmon sushi
[Ingredients] 100g ordinary rice, 10g salt, 50g sugar, 100g vinegar, proper amount of water, proper amount of sushi sauce, proper amount of mustard, proper amount of salmon.

salmon sashimi
[Ingredients] 400g salmon, 1/2 lemon, proper amount of mustard, proper amount of soy sauce.
[Practice] ① Wash the fish and lay it flat on the chopping board for cutting cooked food. 2 Cut with a knife between meat and skin. As long as the fish part, the fish skin is removed. 4. fried salmon
