Taiwan Bank cashier scrambles for third-party payment

(Taiwan TB News Network / reporter Chen Nianzu) in order to meet the global e-commerce tide, the Bank of Taiwan is constantly pursuing innovation in order to provide better service mission, officially launched the online transaction collection and payment (third-party electronic payment) service platform-"Taiwan Bank cashier", the platform has a very distinct brand image.

The Bank of Taiwan said that there are two industry-leading initiatives in launching the service, the first is the mechanism for applying for membership with China's natural person certificates, and the second is the use of the innovative "AOTP" real-time account payment mechanism, which are the two highlights of the "Taiwan Bank cashier."

The "Taiwan Bank cashier" adopts a membership system, and all buyers and sellers are required to go through the bank's rigorous real-name authentication. In addition to the return authentication of general text messages and e-mails, its most important feature is the use of natural person certificates as authentication tools, which can greatly increase the trading quota of buyer members. The "Taiwan Bank cashier" extends the service of natural person certificates to the banking industry, which is not only ahead of other banks, but also further expands the scope of use of natural person certificates, which is in line with the policy of electronic government.

Second, the "Taiwan Bank cashier" uses the new payment technology "AOTP" when making payments, so that consumers can complete instant debit authentication through the active return mechanism of text message codes, eliminating the need for troublesome payment procedures such as inserting chip cards through financial cards, credit cards, or card readers.

The regulations on the administration of electronic payment institutions (third-party payment special law) and related sub-laws have been formally implemented on May 3. The source of the law is complete. Open transactions such as collection and payment of substantive transactions, stored value business, transfer of funds between non-substantive trading accounts and online to offline (O2O online to Offline) are not only the guardians of the new state of the network, but also an important basis for the mature development of the e-commerce industry. What's more, it symbolizes that e-commerce in Taiwan has reached a new milestone.

Li Chi-chu, chairman of the Bank of Taiwan, pointed out that the Bank of Taiwan is the leader in the domestic financial sector. It has launched a "Taiwan Bank cashier"-an online transaction collection and payment platform, which provides "agent receipt and payment of actual transaction payments" in the hope of providing individuals and enterprises with a more secure and reliable online trading environment. By setting up links, they can be used on personal web pages or blogs, convenient and intimate.

Li Chi-chu, chairman of the Bank of Taiwan, said that the bank has long been "a century-old store with outstanding credit and solid service" to provide customers with quality financial services. The bank's online banking service is instant, complete and reliable, and the number of customers has exceeded 2.8 million. The bank will take the online bank's customers as the basis of the "Taiwan Bank cashier" and will become the bank's first step in e-commerce. At the same time, in the future, we will adhere to the purpose of "continuous innovation, steady and down-to-earth" to expand the service area of e-commerce, so as to repay customers' long-standing support and care for the bank.
