Concerned about rural regeneration and development, Premier Mao Zhiguo visited Gongrong Community in Sanzhi District of New Taipei City on the 16th to promote "the process of Rural Regeneration." Gongrong Community is the first community in New Taipei City to pass the rural regeneration plan. Through overturning the community industry, improving the quality of life, and re-creating the ecological environment, achieving the overall construction of the community is a model of Taiwan's pride. I hope to see more such cases in the future. Let the villagers in the community express their concern for the land at the same time and regain their confidence in agriculture.

Premier Mao Chih-kuo pointed out that the transformation of Taiwan's agriculture needs to be done bit by bit by the people, and then gradually spread, thus moving the local community, allowing more community members to participate, and giving full play to the effect of a good sexual cycle. Lin Yifeng, a community teacher, is the soul of the reversal of the Gongrong community. the community has been exposed to relevant plans in rich rural areas since 94. Through the Rural Regeneration Program in the past 100 years, under the leadership of teacher Lin, it has been one step at a time. Gongrong Community has become a case of rural reversal that makes Taiwan proud.

Premier Mao Zhiguo stressed that Sanzhi District has the potential to develop agriculture and needs the support of local governments and local people in the process of rural transformation. After teacher Lin applied to the Council of Agriculture for a rural regeneration plan, the Council of Agriculture assisted in bringing in relevant resources, R & D manpower, and experts. In addition to making good use of the natural water resources in Datun Mountain, Professor Mao Dinglin also reused domestic water by waste water in a very natural way, from filtration and control of water quality to agricultural irrigation, which became reusable water resources.

On this trip, Premier Mao Zhiguo stepped into the ridges of the fields to experience the pastoral teaching of farmers. Lin Yifeng, a community teacher, explained the situation of wetland and fallow land restoration, and learned about the "simple rural sewage purification pool." at the same time, he visited the local farmers' market and purchased agricultural products, calling on the community to promote the concept of "natural farming law and local consumption." Finally, Dean Mao listened to the mental process of community farmers and exchanged views with volunteers, the atmosphere and warmth of the scene.

The Council of Agriculture said that Gongrong Community began to participate in "bacon education" in 1994, put forward the rural regeneration plan in 1999, and became the first approved rural regeneration community in New Taipei City in 100 years. As of April 104, the total number of households in Gongrong Community reached 152, including 215 males and 176 females, totaling 391. Most of them were Hakkas from Tingzhou, Fujian Province in the early Qing Dynasty, and their children and grandchildren lived for generations. Through bacon education, farmers' bazaars, farmers' schools, land purification and other actions, the community has created a high-quality industry of "life, production and ecology" in the rural community.
