In order to assist young students who are about to enter the workplace to find jobs smoothly, the New Taipei Municipal Labor Bureau held the last campus recruitment activity this year at Delin Technical College. Lin Xiehan, chairman of Delin, said in a speech that fresh graduates should make career plans when they first enter the workplace, and that they should not only rely on the salary to determine the job, but should strive for good job opportunities and call on students to seize the opportunity and actively interview. In addition to cheering on the students, the chairman also went to each booth to thank the representatives of the manufacturers. President Luo Shipeng also believes that the school curriculum attaches equal importance to both academic and practical work, and encourages students to cultivate professional functions in the workplace. He also hopes that through campus recruitment activities, students' employment competitiveness can be enhanced and that graduates will be employed seamlessly.

Deputy Director Xu Xiuneng pointed out that in order to help young people find suitable jobs, New Taipei City has launched the "Employment guidance Program for Young people looking for work for the first time", which has helped more than 1200 young people for more than a year. This year, it has even put forward a counseling program for "atypical young workers turning to regular jobs". It is hoped that it can help young people who are engaged in temporary, part-time and dispatch jobs to become regular jobs, so that they can work while tutoring, and allowances will also be provided during the period. It is hoped that a series of programs can help young people clarify their interests and give them the necessary support.
