The subsidy for each additional yard is 1500 yuan, and in addition to 8000 yuan for each newly purchased electric locomotive, you can get an additional subsidy of 3000 yuan if you scrap the second-trip locomotive first and then buy the electric locomotive. Members of the public are welcome to apply to the Bureau, and after being examined and approved by the Bureau, they can receive subsidies. The subsidy program for the phase-out of two-journey locomotives: the two-journey locomotives that left the factory before the end of 1992 must be located in Ilan County, and exhaust inspection was carried out in the current year or the previous year, with a subsidy of 1500 yuan per vehicle, a total of 2000 people (in addition, the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan provides a recycling reward of 300 yuan, and car owners can receive a total subsidy of 1800 yuan per vehicle).

b. The subsidy program for the phase-out of four-journey locomotives: the four-journey locomotives shipped before the end of 1992 must be located in Ilan County, and regular exhaust inspection was carried out in the current year or the previous year, with a subsidy of 1000 yuan per vehicle. A total of 1000 people (in addition, the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan provides a recycling reward of 300 yuan, and car owners can receive a total subsidy of 1300 yuan per vehicle).

c. Elimination of two-journey locomotives and replacement of electric locomotives subsidy program: after eliminating the second-trip locomotives that left the factory before the end of 1992, we will replace the lithium battery electric locomotives approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (all of the above-mentioned cars are limited to Yilan County), with a subsidy of 3000 yuan per vehicle, a total of 20 people.

d. Subsidy scheme for newly purchased electric locomotives: purchase lithium battery electric locomotives approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, which must be located in Yilan County with a subsidy of 8000 yuan per vehicle (in addition, the Ministry of Economic Affairs can subsidize 7200 yuan or 10000 yuan per vehicle according to the model. Yilan County residents can get a total subsidy of 15200 yuan or 18000 yuan per car).

e. New subsidy scheme for electric auxiliary bicycles or electric bicycles: buy electric auxiliary bicycles or electric bicycles approved by the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan. The vehicles must be used in Ilan County with a subsidy of 1500 yuan per vehicle (another subsidy of 3000 yuan per vehicle of the Environmental Protection Department.
