It doesn't cost much money to grow succulent plants. You can ask your friends or neighbors if you can get some leaves from their favorite succulent plants, or you can buy some small leaves from your favorite nursery. After that, you can use cuttings to cultivate succulent plants!

First, cut a few leaves from your favorite succulent plant. Of course, you can also use the stem; remove the leaves at the bottom so that you can at least get the stem around 2.5cm.

Before planting, you can put the cut leaves on a tissue and put them in a place where there is no light for 4-5 days. Because the cuttings of succulent plants need to "heal the tissue" first, otherwise they will rot.

Next, fill your flowerpot with well-drained pot soil. Do not use ordinary potted soil, as it retains too much water and may eventually cause succulent plants to rot.

Then you can start planting your succulent leaves and let the soil cover the lower half of the leaves, or you can simply lay your leaves flat on the surface of the soil. Both methods can be used.

Your newly planted succulent leaves need to be watered regularly until they begin to take root. But don't overwater it either. You can water the soil with a spray bottle when you see the top of the soil dry.

After planting, your succulent plant will begin to take root and grow new leaves within 6-7 weeks.

Note: it is best to have a variety, because not all succulent leaves may grow new roots.
