Xinying Nanying Green Capital Park incarnates into Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base
In order to encourage young people to "give full play to their creativity and practice their creativity", help them realize their entrepreneurial dreams, make them shine and shine in Tainan, and then develop the Tainan city's diversified economy such as cultural creation, agriculture and digital, the Tainan municipal government has activated the use of Nanying Green Capital Center Park to become a "Youth Dream Park" and work with Evergreen University to create a "Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base-BIG O2". A signing ceremony was held in the hall on the first floor of Minzhi Municipal Center at 11:00 on Wednesday, July 8, providing a creative garden for young people and a common workspace (Co-Working Space). Through the entrepreneurial platform, aspiring entrepreneurs from all over Taiwan can come to Tainan to build their dreams bravely.
Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base was signed by Lai Qingde, mayor of Tainan, and Li Yonglong, president of Evergreen University. Besides Li Sihai, director of Evergreen University, Yan Chunzuo, vice mayor, Wang Xinji, secretary of Labour Secretary and Li Tuizhi, member of Parliament Li Tuizhi, Lai Hui, assistant to Ye Yijin Legislative Service, Secretary of Huang Weizhe Legislative Service, Secretary of Mr. Choy Wangyi's Service, and other distinguished guests witnessed the signing ceremony. Miss Chen Shufen, a successful wooden shoe workshop in this city, is also invited to share the entrepreneurial process and show the creative products on the spot.
In his speech, Tainan Mayor Lai Qingde first expressed his gratitude to Eva University, saying that Eva University was the first university to find a way out of campus for young people to start their own business. last year, Tainan Mayor Lai Qingde cooperated with the Municipal Labor Bureau in the Central and Western District to launch a "BIG University growing up Dream Space". "BIG University" means a big circle. In addition to the Taiwanese pronunciation similar to "Taiwan", it also has the meaning of "big dream come true", "great fulfillment" and "complete dream". And Evergreen has lived up to its trust and has made remarkable achievements over the past six months. This time, it is to borrow the experience of Evergreen to set up a "Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base BIG ○ 2" in Nanying Green, Xinying. He even takes the atmosphere as an example, saying that "oxygen has been absorbed, and the ozone layer (O3) will be the third layer in the future, which can block ultraviolet rays." Young people who hope to start businesses in Tainan in the future will be based in Tainan, and the city government will provide necessary assistance to block all obstacles!
Lai Ching-teh further explained that the Tainan Municipal Government actively promotes entrepreneurship and nurtures the energy of young people. The first is that innovation itself is the crystallization of human wisdom and the driving force of social progress. Tainan is the cultural capital and cannot have empty culture. What's more, it is necessary to have new elements, so to support innovation and invention, the city can make progress through continuous inheritance and innovation. The second is the problem of youth unemployment, which is concerned by the current society. the future is also a serious problem faced by the city government, and one way to solve youth unemployment is to turn youth creativity into entrepreneurship. The city government provides a common work space so that entrepreneurial teams can come to the base, provide all kinds of entrepreneurial resources and necessary basic equipment, and let different working teams learn from each other and encourage each other here. Therefore, encouraging entrepreneurship and setting up entrepreneurial bases is also a direction to solve the problem of youth unemployment. The third is that in the era of globalization, starting a business in Taiwan should be like building factories in the past, employing hundreds, thousands or even ten thousand workers at a time. The large manufacturing area has ceased to exist because of environmental protection, land and manpower problems, but in the Internet era, if the creativity of young people is evaluated by the market, they can find the necessary manufacturers to place orders through the Internet to manufacture and sell. In the future, Taiwan needs creativity, research and development, which in turn will lead to the upgrading of the entire industry, so the entrepreneurial base is of special significance.
Wang Xinji, director of labor in Tainan, said that according to Global Entrepreneurship Watch (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) According to a survey conducted by GEM), 49.8% of people in Taiwan are willing to start a business at the age of 18 and 34. Therefore, the Labor Bureau actively responded to the needs of the public and provided sensible practices. Last year, it actively collected successful practices in promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship at home and abroad, and found that the Youth Common Workspace (Co-Working Space) promoted by Singapore has achieved excellent results, so it uses the city's public idle space. Revitalize Nanying Green Capital Park into a youth entrepreneurial base and build a dream-building park for young people. At the same time, the vitality, creativity and expertise of young people are introduced into new camps, which has become an important indicator for the development of cultural and creative industries in Daxinying area. The substandard of the base is named BIG ○ 2, except that it represents "Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base" run by Evergreen University. The school uses the practical experience of "BIG ○ growing up Dream Space", which was previously established outside the school. In addition, it also has a deeper meaning. It is expected that through the most valuable creative ideas of all resources and young people, ○ 2 (oxygen) will be injected into the idle public space of the city government's Nanying Green Capital Heart, so that the idle space will be activated and full of young people's entrepreneurial dreams and vitality.
Chen Meiyan, director of the Vocational training Service Center of the Labor Bureau, said that the Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base has been established, and young people with entrepreneurial dreams from all over the country are welcome to come to Tainan to realize their dreams. The base is leased to persons in charge of legally registered enterprises, teams or individuals who are 20 to 44 years old across Taiwan who have innovative technologies, products or services that activate the regional economy or create job opportunities, as well as innovative business ideas. Fee-4500 yuan per month for independent office (excluding water and electricity) The common workspace is 1500 yuan per person per month (including water and electricity). In addition to setting up a common workspace for young people and introducing small new teams, the base provides open space for users to carry out all kinds of entrepreneurial work, and transparent windows are used to display and sell the works of the vocational training students set up by the vocational training service center of this bureau or the students of the training center of colleges and universities in this city. it is estimated that it can accommodate about 40 young people to be stationed. To help these entrepreneurs have more exposure and marketing opportunities.
The preparation period of Tainan Youth Entrepreneurship Base is from July to August. It is expected that the opening ceremony of the base will be held in mid-September. Interested young friends are welcome to call and inquire.
