In Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, durian and mangosteen are regarded as "husband-and-wife fruit", so mangosteen is the "queen" compared to durian, which is called "fruit king".

Mangosteen is a typical tropical fruit, mainly distributed in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries.

At present, there is no place to grow mangosteen in China. Mangosteen is generally imported from Thailand.
