The industries in the outlying islands are mainly the processing industries of agricultural, livestock and water products, as well as the fermentation and brewing food industry. because each outlying island area has different special geographical and cultural customs and products, it is suitable for the development of products with local cultural characteristics. combined with island ecological experience, cultural depth tourism to promote marketing, so that industrial development and tourism promote each other.

Penghu County government has established a cactus industry association in conjunction with manufacturers in order to promote the development of the overall industry. Dianjiajia Food Company is optimistic about the health efficacy of cactus fruit, and in 2010, it invested in Penghu Red Fruit Biotechnology Company to develop a series of food and health products in Penghu cactus industry. a number of products have been developed, such as jelly, jelly, fudge, Matsu noodles, cactus crisp, lactic acid bacteria ingot and glucosamine ingot.

In order to solve the color change and nutrient loss of cactus products during the shelf sale period, the service group helped to integrate the relevant technical energy, introduced the high temperature instantaneous sterilization technology of Taiwan fruit processing plant, matched with the formula development of the food institute, from the formula, process and packaging technology, to improve product quality and prolong the shelf life. At present, this Penghu characteristic product has successfully expanded the export market. Its developed cactus jelly and cactus baked tea have won the honor of Taiwan's top 100 companion gifts through low-temperature baking technology combined with innovative packaging.

In recent years, under the pressure of high oil and electricity and stricter environmental protection standards, more and more attention has been paid to the implementation of the goal of energy saving and carbon reduction. In order to build Penghu into a low-carbon tourism demonstration island, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, in cooperation with the Penghu county government, has built 27 intelligent energy supplement facilities, 282 charging stations and 28 battery exchange points on the whole island of Penghu, combined with Penghu local characteristics and tourism services to make Penghu an international leisure low-carbon island. The Penghu experience will also be copied to other outlying islands and Taiwan's main island to continue to promote the vigorous development of the electric locomotive industry.

Aishang Green Energy Co., Ltd. cooperated with the policy to promote electric locomotives in Penghu, and at the same time, with the assistance of the Industry Bureau, it only operated vehicle rental projects, and then developed localized services, including the promotion of low-carbon tourism and the implementation of battery exchange services. and cooperate with 7-11 of Penghu 23 and five CNPC gas stations, so that both local residents and foreign tourists can directly use the battery exchange service. By combining Penghu's local characteristics and tourism services, taking electric locomotives as the main body of green transportation, Penghu can become a veritable low-carbon island, and at the same time, the successful transformation experience of Penghu will be copied to other outlying islands and Taiwan's main island. continue to promote the development of electric locomotive industry.
