Luotian chestnut

Dandong chestnut is famous for its good quality, its fruit is large, white in color, good in taste, unsplit, easy to process, and high in comprehensive value. its pulp water content is about 40%, containing protein 5.7%-10.7%, fat%-7.4%, starch about 50%. And contains vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C and phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, boron and other minerals.

Yanshan chestnut

Yanshan Mountains is a famous mountain range in northern China. Chestnut planting in the region began to take shape in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period, with a history of 2000 years. Chinese chestnut is produced in all counties of Qinba Mountain area in southern Shaanxi, but Zhenan chestnut is the most famous. Zhenan chestnut is mainly produced in Zhen'an, Ningshan, Zhushui, Changan, Danfeng, Shanyang, Ningshan and other counties in Qinling Mountain area of Shaanxi Province.
