The Ministry of Culture's cross-domain joint venture program, which can grant up to 10 million yuan, will begin to accept applications for 105-106 grants from now on, hoping to accumulate two years of cross-domain experience and energy so as to inspire more diverse and multi-level cross-border new works between Taiwan and international teams.

The Ministry of Culture plans to sponsor Fashion Records to release this year's innovative album of Peinan singer-songwriter Wu Hao-en and Grammy Award-winning Hawaiian Ukri master Daniel Ho. The island's songs meet with world music, breaking the boundaries between Taiwan's aboriginal antiquity and tradition, jazz, blues and rock, and using the unique texture of Paiwan artist Yishi Bavaron to transform music into visual art. Let the album and concert stage convey the strong South Island style.

Xin Xin Nan Guang Band launched the combination of traditional Nanguan music and Yu Guangzhong's new poems, with exquisite singing interpretation, combined with the VOCO NOVO Jazz Nuo vocal Orchestra, so that the pure Akabella voice into the freehand Nanguan music. Co-produced by Taiwan, Myanmar, Thailand and France, the film takes place in Southeast Asia on the issue of international migration, but it has the power of universal concern. The script has successively won the French-German Public Television (ARTE) International ARTE Award (Prix ARTE International), the Busan Film Festival ACF Award, the French Amien script Development Award and the Golden Horse Venture Taipei Literary Drama Award, and is expected to be released next year.

In order to encourage domestic legal persons, groups and international arts and cultural institutions to create new works through cross-regional cultural cooperation, to create multiple aspects of cultural creation, to develop and deepen regional links, to carry out cross-border circulation and dissemination of joint achievements, and professional resources to establish a long-term partnership, the Ministry of Culture accepts the application for program subsidies once a year in accordance with the operating points of the Ministry of Culture's Interregional Co-creation Program.

The Ministry of Culture's application period for the cross-regional joint venture project ends from now until September 30, accepting plans executed between 105 and 106 years (the plan is limited to 24 months). Where legal persons, public and private colleges, non-governmental organizations (except political parties and associations) established and registered by decree of our country have completed signing cooperation agreements with international arts and cultural institutions (whose headquarters are located in foreign countries or Chinese mainland, Hong Kong or Macao). The cross-domain cooperation program jointly implemented is in line with the subsidy program, and the amount of subsidy applied for is between NT $1 million and NT $10 million.
