In response to the rapid popularity of 4G mobile broadband networks and mobile smart devices, and to encourage Chinese game developers to cooperate with telecom operators across industries to develop mobile broadband online games made in Taiwan, the Industry Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs held a "4G telecom operators and game operators exchange conference" on the afternoon of August 19, with a view to promoting cooperation between telecom operators and game operators in China. Promote the development of digital content and 4G mobile broadband value-added services.
The 4G telecom and game industry exchange meeting was presided over by Wu Mingji, director of the Industry Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and invited major telecom operators such as Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, far distance Telecom and Asia-Pacific Telecom. and Taiwan's major home-made game operators, such as Zhiguan Technology, Daewoo Information, Elephant Electronics, Lok Tong Technology, Huayi International, Legend Network, Yujun Aiting, Lei Jue Network, Yuquan International, etc. During the meeting, we also exchanged views on important industrial development issues such as cross-industry cooperation, setting up a common platform, technological R & D subsidies, marketing promotion cooperation, and so on.
Wu Mingji, director of industry of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, said that China's consumer market for mobile games ranks fourth in the world and is the key market for global mobile games. How to improve the self-control rate of China's game products in the future is the key work to promote the development of the industry in the future. In order to promote the research and development of homemade game products in China, the Industry Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has developed a "4G Mobile Game Development Plan". In the future, game operators in China will be encouraged to develop highly interactive online games in the 4G mobile broadband network environment, and strengthen cooperation with telecom operators in cash flow system, technology platform, marketing promotion and other links. And encourage China's large game operators to strengthen cooperation with small and medium-sized game development teams to build a team cooperation development model to jointly develop 4G mobile broadband online games and encourage the development of multiple innovative action value-added services.
