In order to assist Taiwan's start-up team to expand the global market, the National Development Commission and the Taipei City Government have previously agreed to work together to build an international innovation and entrepreneurship park at the Taipei Huabo Park Guild Hall (Zhongshan Football Stadium), which will be named "Taiwan New Innovation Arena (Taiwan Startup Stadium, TSS)". Considering that the original site is for short-term temporary use and does not comply with the principle of effective use of the funds of the National Development Commission, both parties agree to find another suitable location to plan the Entrepreneurship Park.

The preparatory office of Taiwan's New Entrepreneurship Arena (TSS) was established in March this year and has been operating in the Songjiang Building of the National Development Commission, actively assisting the new team to link international resources, and striving to build a national brand for innovation and entrepreneurship in China. Over the past six months, it has been recognized by the domestic entrepreneurial community and repeatedly reported by the international media. The National Development Commission and the preparatory office of Taiwan's New Entrepreneurship Arena (TSS) will continue and expand the work of promoting related service startups in Songjiang Building before the location of the new park is confirmed.

During the period of promoting the International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, the National Development Commission and the Taipei Municipal Government have established good mutual trust and interaction, and the two sides will continue to cooperate in the future to make joint efforts to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Taiwan.
