Premier Mao Zhiguo said that the core of the electronic payment and third-party payment mechanism is that it is an electronic version of collection and payment, which increases more possibilities than the traditional manual receipt and payment. operators can also use the mechanism for other cross-border applications, in addition to connecting operational processes such as receiving and issuing orders.

Premier Mao Zhiguo pointed out that in the e-commerce market, electronic payment platforms are of great benefit to both consumers and operators. Not only do consumers have more choices in the e-commerce market, but also when operators expand their business, they can take advantage of the characteristics of electronic payment sharing platforms with third-party mechanisms, and can be used without the need to develop a new system, especially for micro enterprises. President Mao further said that according to the data of the FSC, the electronic payment and third-party payment market will grow by more than 20% after the second half of 2015.
