In order to encourage young people to respond to the challenges of contemporary cultural, social and economic problems, and to make use of local cultural resources and charm, combined with the strength of the community, the Ministry of Culture has put forward an action plan for innovative implementation and the practice of civic culture, so as to cultivate local multicultural energy. to build a good society and promote the sustainable development of the country, the Youth Village Culture Action Plan Competition is specially launched. Receipt will be accepted from now on and will close on Thursday, October 15, 2014. Interested young people (aged between 20 and 35) are welcome to sign up.

In recent years, many young people in Taiwan have returned to their hometown to promote the development of local culture, arts and industry through the practice of their personal ideas and actions, and have made many touching deeds, forming a new trend. The Ministry of Culture will hold four seminars in Taipei (9Accord 14), Taichung (9apace 16), Kaohsiung (9apace 20) and Hualien (9apace 25).
